It would have been helpful if you listed the type of graphics card and free hard drive space.

Anyway, the recommended system requirements for GW is just one CPU rated at 2.0 GHz, a memory of 1 GB, 4 GB free HDD space, and ATI Radeon 9600 or NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 series with at least 128 MB of VRAM (shared video memory is also ok, but you would probably need 256 MB or more).

Considering the he's using Windows 7 64-bit and the memory is 4 times the one recommended, I'm guessing the video memory is ok too. So yeah, it should work just fine.

It will "run" GW1, but at a relatively poor fps. The E2-3000m is one of the latest in the E series of APUs, which are designed for low-cost, low-power netbooks/notebooks.
I doubt that your friend would be happy to try to play GW1 on it. (And forget GW2)

Is it the 6380G?

Not sure if thats the same one, you only posted "3000m" while this video says "AMD E2-3000m ATI HD 6380G "

What model of HD Radeon graphics are we looking at here? If it's like the one above I don't see the problem running a 7 year ancient game on it.

HD 6380G is what they call the graphics portion of the E2-3000 APU. There's no other option (att).
