i know i have seen this before but i cant find the thread. what is it and how do i fix it. also how do i make pics show up instead of the link?

use the [img]linkhere[/img] tags to show the image

I'm not 100% sure but I think the cube thing has something to do with video drivers. Make sure you are running the latest drivers.

Perhaps someone else can give you more accurate advice

its not my armor thats doing it its always a monk though but not all monks

The Cube if I remember right is when you see a player wearing a certain piece of armor, but your Guild Wars hasn't downloaded the model for it yet, so instead you see that.

Eventually GW will download it, or add -image to your Guild Wars target path and download all the files.

I'd like to be more specific, but I cut my thumb and typing is hard...

Absolutely. It's an error that is only affecting certain types of armor, so it can't be related to graphics card drivers.

It's a gw.dat problem - it's possibly corrupted, which would involve deleting the .dat and re-downloading (or taking the .dat from the most recent chapter you have and then -imageing.)

I would first try using the -image command without deleting - that might fix it. I believe there is also a -repair switch, but I've never had cause to use it. Might be worth a shot?
