Default Mouse not fitted to screen correctly?

This only happens on Guild Wars, but the mouse seems to be off a little bit from where I'm clicking which is really annoying. Is there anyway to fix it?

I wonder if it's related to trying to ping on the compass and it takes about ten clicks before it pings.
