Hmm, that could be your problem yes.. 68C is hot, but only 8800's and high end graphics cards are designed to have that type of heat threshold.

Best way to solve it is to make sure the fan is moving properly and doesn't have hair stuck in it that is clogging it up.

Or you can boost the fan speed after that and see how that works out.. but yes 69C at idle, something is very very wrong.

either you have a broken fan (unlikely cause then it would heat up even more)
or you have alot of dust/the termal paste just got cooked (not unlikely that that happened) (thermal paste can withstand up to 200°C and then get's cooked))

Solutions: blow out the dust and if you know what you're doing replace the thermal paste (don't do this if you don't know what you're doing)

Hope this helps greetings Cyb3R

Uhm The Main Question still is "Is The Core the Graphic Card?" I've made this Config screen, where it lists the "Core" as NVIDIA Graphic Card.

SpeedFan Configuration

If that's the problem, I'll try to blow out dust from the fans (Even though my father told me he did it, but i'll doublecheck it), or either change my Graphic card.

Yes that is your Graphics Card Core, It's overheating like hell.

http://www.cpuid.com/hwmonitor.php DL this please and post a screenshot of what it says.

It doesn't install, it just runs right off your desktop.

Also if you can, DL this too: http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ It's a video card utility to check things on it, post a SS of the main tab and Sensors if you can?
