So I am doing Tomb Of The Primeval Kings and I get to the very last map in the game, and as I start to kill stuff I get a lagg spike, my party dies, I lagg again and I die.

This made me angry. Why can't Anet fix these lagg spikes? I mean come'on. It's enough you beat a quest or 2 and you can redo it. But this, to go completely through the whole thing except the very last part and lagg and die, this totaly sucks.

I know it can be redone, but thats not the point, to sit there and waste alot of time to get through it and die because of a lagg spike is terrible.

its most likely something to do with your connection or your ISP.

ya dude, it's your computers fault. Sometimes i have minor lag on my laptop, but non of my friends ever experience lag.

Just because your computer or ISP sucks doesn't mean you need to blame things on Anet. Stop whining and just do it again, it's not like topk is going anywhere

6Mbit/768Kbps Connection, 2 Blocks Away From RT, I Think Not. So you should stfu, and know what your talking about before you open big hole and shi^ come out of it.

Funny how you come complain here when you seem to know all about it.

Also, there are people with 1mb connection and have no lag at all.

You know how the inferstructer works, depending location of servers? Basically like pings, thats how it works buddy. Not everyone get a clean connection. Fact.

Because they probably aren't causing them. Well over 90% of "a-net has terrible lag" whines are really user-side or with an intermediary carrier. Without a tracert showing a theretofore clean connection going to heck right at a-net's doorstep, I don't give any credence to complaints about a-net causing lag.

When I lag usually some players on my team lag aswell, that's when it comes from the servers but it rarely happens. Make sure no P2P software is active or spyware and viruses.

I hear people of lagging in the game as well, so its not all my fault. I'll be more then happy to show you my network, screenshots, and connection speeds, tracert's etc. So sence you have no idea wtf your talking maybe you should go back to school and learn MCSE and understand what networks do, and their reliablity and how they work.

Like most game you get lagg spikes, it virtually impossile not to get lagg in anything like they state it. According to the SMART, BRIGHT ones they don't get lagg spikes.

Now T1, T3, or OC connection which is a pure dedicated data line, you get no lagg.

I have a 150 KB/s connection and I never get lag. And I'm running a crappy 1 and a half year old pavilion. The problem is not on Anet's side, but on your's. There could be tons of reasons why you get lag spikes. Now, next time you complain about "Anet's lag problem", stop to think for one second. This is not anet's forum, so posting a complaint wont get it magically fixed. And, probably more important, if you do post a complaint here, don't get angry at everybody who comments on your post.

and lastly - GWG is a fansite, all we can do is offer suggestions to fix/resolve/look-into issues with your computer and/or changing isp's. Any issue's with GW's server's/bandwidth/etc needs to be taken up with GW support
