Default Dell Laptop Video Card Question

I was wondering if this card would be able to run Guild Wars. I know that it won't run it that well at top specs, but I want to make sure that the game can run on it. The card is:

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

Thanks for your help!

It should be able to run it, but not that well. Basically, its integrated graphics, meaning the memory is borrowed from the system's main RAM.

Well if it has 3gigs of ram and a 1.7 intel duo core proccessor, should that pick up some of the slack from the video card?

And the OS is XP Home

You won't be bothered by the lack of ram BUT system RAM is slower than the RAM in dedicated video cards when it comes to treating graphics and intel chipsets are pretty low quality meaning that you won't get much in terms of graphics and fps.

The whole point of a gpu is to take the load OFF the cpu, as well as speed it up that said load. Not put it back onto it.

As for how it'll perform... Eh, i wouldn't expect anything better than the mediocre performance that comes from any graphics chip with intel's name on it. Even when set to low detail and resolution.
