I LOLed. When I built this PC, my GW FPS was in the 400's in several areas. Talk about tearing, lol. I have V-sync enabled now, and I rarely (Loading into Kamadan AD1 can do it) drop below the beautifully smooth 60 FPS.

The resolution you're trying to play at will make a difference. Since it's a CRT, the rez can vary a lot. If you have it jacked up to something like 1600x1200, try backing it down to something less.
