Do you have the newest drivers for your graphics card? Do you have an up to date bios, which supports your graphics card?

Did you reformat your HDD, or install the new motherboard drivers when you changed it?

Same problem here. Ever since I installed the WHQL drivers for the 9600GT, I've been having the same issue where if I minimize the game and then try to get it back to full screen again it crashes. If I just switch to windowed mode and then minimize it it does not crash and going to windowed to full screen doesn't crash it either. This only happens when I fully minimize then attempt to go back to full screen.
