Post Lag Problems with GW

For some reason whenever I play GW, my CPU Usage goes to 100% and the game lags up. Could it be my graphics card? It's an NVIDIA Quadro NVS 120M.

I also have 2GB RAM Memory, so I'm fairly sure it's not that. Computer's clean too, and maintained well. Thanks for the help.

What CPU are you using?

Is gw.exe using 100% of your CPU or is some other process competing with it?

Any difference if you update drivers or use lower settings?

No difference woth lower settings. Which drivers are you talking about? Video card? I can't update that one for some reason >.>

Here's what I'm running.

I don't see why it would then not run smoothly.
I'm using Windows XP by the way.
