Ah so I wasn't the only one.
Well after extensive searching the world wide web I found it is clicking something with the RMB and the LMB at the same time. Funny how simple the answer really is. |

Interesting. ~35 years experience in using computers and I've never heard of simultaneous L+R clicking. You can teach an old dog new tricks. Maybe...
