I don't think so, you need to go online with them to begin with, and I highly doubt a PSP or DS could handle it hardware wise.

Nope. PSP's max CPU speed is 333Mhz, and the DS? Sorry.

EDIT: PSP and DS both have WiFi capability, but that doesn't rule in the ability to play Guild Wars.

I think a big problem with this is that the DS and PSP have a different OS/Architecture that you'd have to navigate around via some sort of interface.

So in theory you could if you add some access to some software that could do this.

Hardware wise, I don't think the DS could do it. The PSP might be able to (but don't quote me!).

Yes its definitely possible on the nintendo ds using a homebrew application called win2ds. However its not really very practical, while i have done it using the bottom screen to change weapon sets, chat, use skills etc and the top to watch in full screen, every thing is a bit hard to make out.
The practicality is getting better though, for one thing you can set custom keys eg left on the g-pad can be set to w to walk forward, b could be set to ctrl to view enemies etc.

I've also used it to play other online games such as runescape and even world of warcraft. If you set the quality to low you can get some nice lag free gaming but still, not very practical because of the small screen.

it doesn't host the game itself, instead you run a program on the computer which sends jpeg images to the ds as fast as it can to give the ability to remotely control your computer from your ds. you can also do a lot of other things with it like surfing the web, sending emails, watching movies etc.

Well, if the DS can do it (sort of)...

I'm sureI remember that PSPs can run Linux, so a similar hack to the DS running a remote control with jpg feedback would surely be possible.

Just a case of waiting for somebody to take the bother to try doing it, I'd imagine.

But thats not really playing it on the DS. You're just turning the DS into a fancy remote. And for that much effort, you might as well just get a wireless keyboard, its far less work, don't have to strain your eyes/fingers and you don't void any warranties.

As for the PS3, well, you can but GW on Linux is crap.

I can tell by that statement alone that you're a retard. Im running gw on linux right now and i actually get better fps that on my pc.

also, although yes it is a "fancy remote",you can connet to the computer at an wifi hotspot meaning as long as you have wifi connection you can play guild wars anywhere

pfft, you could argue you're not really playing guild wars on the computer because the monitor is just a fancy remote

and warranties? please explain because running homebrew on your ds certainly does not break any warranties.
the whole process of getting gw up and running on my ds took maybe 10 minutes..

as for playing gw on on psp, i'm pretty sure theres a similar program of win2ds for the psp.

4mg ram and 100mhz? Hahaha, reminds me of my old Tandy 1000 lol but i think it only had 256k

Also, it only supports up to a 2gig chip. GW currently is at 3.7gig.
