How will Guild Wars run on both of the computer and what do you guys think of it and which one is worth buying?

Default sorry to tell you....

First your not really giving us all that much information theres is much much more involved inside the computer...

Never heard of that computer brand before, might be fine might be garbage.

You want a min of 8600gt with the gddr2 NOT the DDR2 version.

Lastly while that may seem like a GOOD comp to you those are about as cheap as you can get and frankly you get what you pay for.

My advice is make a friend who can build you a comp or get some competent advice at a minimum.

If nothing else buy a name brand computer and make sure it has a discrete graphics card not integrated which are total crap for gaming.
It is gonna cost you more money but at least you wont be wasting your money.

What's the video on the second?

Edit: Well. After looking at the latest edit i'd have to say that, while both aren't that great, the first one(the amd system) is the better of the two. And Guild wars wise(when referring to #1), it should run decently. But it will slow down a bit in heavily loaded towns.
