Default KSMob v1.4?!

Howdy, I used to play Guild Wars ages ago and decided to start playing again.
I pop in my old disc to install it and I get this pop up message after everything has downloaded:

I've tried using the client on the website, same problem. Any ideas how to fix this?

No idea what it is to be honest, I'd still just download the client from the GW website and do it from there on.

The latest version of KSMod is 2.2, howvere a lot of people are reporting that a recent GW update has killed it. We're just waiting for Kuntz to update it - could take a while as Guild Wars isn't his number one priority nowadays.

When I do install if from the site, it connects to ANet, Downloads to 100%, then displays that message and the game never starts.

KSmod is a 3rd party mod that enables high resolution textures on everybody in towns/outposts, as well as adding UT99 and DotA sound effects.

if you want to continue using it, go to the site and download/install the latest version.

if you want to remove it, uninstall guildwars, and delete the entire GW folder afterwards. then reinstall.

you can also just remove the KSmod by deleting the files in the GW folder, if you know which ones they are.

Graphics.dll & Settings.ini - it's a wonderfully compact mod. Kuntz is a genius.

Oh, the graphical enhancements are new for version 2. You can now see everyone's armor in high resoulution in an outpost - previously only your armor was hi-res, everyone elses was low-res. You still get your UT sounds, though ^^

[edit] Big lulz - I need more sleep - I didn't realise you were only trying to get GW to work! My reading comprehension is WAAAY off!
