@ dum azz, they are merely doing powermanagement, they aren't doing anything to the game, as far as I know. So no, they are not fixing Ursans or Permashadow... yet. (I suppose it was that you were referring to, excuse me if I'm wrong).

Well, same here code 13 all the way from little Israel. Can't connect to any of my characters... Better go and hit the books.
Hope it will be fixed before three days are over.

I can login to evry character, however i cannot travel to my GH and im getting 013's when entering stuff as RA.

Well, I've had complaints from friends too, It was all fine here, except for the HB tourney, which was totally screwed because of the error 13's and error 10's.. People being 'done' with a final score of 2/0/0 in a tournament of 6 matches is not right :/

This is due the maintenence. You guys are going to have to live with this until Wednesday, sorry to say. Suck it up, it must be done to keep the servers updated and in working order.
