I would try resetting the password again or just contact tech support. Unfortunately that will take some time..........

That happened to me - one day I go to log on and all of a sudden my password doesn't work anymore. I had to log onto NCplay to change my password. I just can't remember exactly what I did. The new password might be for the NCplay site where you go around in circles until you reset your actual GW password. You see, they don't tell you that. Even if you have never logged on to NCplay you will have to now to change your GW password.

While waiting on tech support:
Do a search on passwords here and find the threads that tell you how to go into NCplay and then into your GW account to change your password. There is a problem when you have to change your password because the password they send you is actually for the NCplay account - which once you're in there will ask you what accounts you have and will bring you to a page where you can select GW. It's a pain because I remember going around in circles until I did it the correct way. There was a thread here from a few months ago where someone explained step by step exactly what you need to do.

Just be patient and you will be able to change it. Good luck.

Make sure the case you use is identical, and make sure you're using the right login name! (Usually the email address when you first registered an account.)

and if you copy-pasted it, make sure you didnt accidentally grab a space or some other odd symbol. Try both copy-paste into the password box, as well as typing it by hand.
