Media Center + GW
Windows Media center comes already installed on my computer and as its a windows component I can't uninstall it.
My problem is that whenever I exit Guild Wars media center pops up, its very, very very annoying. Often, if im in a hurry I'll quite GW and quickly hit shut down and then leave, Media Center will halt the shut down process and means my computer will be on all day. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there any way to stop it? Thanks, Will |

This is a common problem iirc.
You can't remove it normally, however you may do this to disable it and prevent it from running: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/0...nter-in-vista/ |

Purely for GW, just follow the advice in the thread that Tamaril (tetchilly) posted.
The gist is, check the properties of the GW shortcut and remove the -mce at the end.
