It is a disassociation. Your instance has become disconnected from the main servers, and couldn't resync. Happens pretty frequently, especially if there is an update.
Also, let's keep discussion of errors to the proper areas ok?

in ratasum ping =10, outside ratasum ping = 800-1000 and lots of error 40 and error 13.
