Yeah it really is bad how these things happen for events. I understand that the servers will be getting popular, but if your gaming servers can't handle the traffic, it's letting down the entire fan base who want to play. Then you get people moaning and complaining so it's not healthy for ANET.

If this goes on all day, it'll be a shocker!

Inded, it's getting anoying. Still can't log in.
I never seen this problem before for a "minor" event.
You would think that the Real Wintersday and Dragon festival ect would get this error couse of all the servers. I remember that they had it the first year they went online. Now there aint even that many up. oh well.

Guildies on the American and Korean servers are fine.... they can chat on GC... my 2nd account on EU and still stood in GH and can't see anything on GC.... so well naffed up....

Another weekend spoilt by outages they havent even acknowleged on their site - and nothing from any support/reps on here yet... oh hang on its the weekend - everyone isn't about....

I got characters in American, Korean and Euro servers and i still cant get on..

Was just about to buy mini ghostly for 10k and now error 013 =/

Lets hope Anet work on Saturday Afternoons..Evidently they dont in the morning

lol, I got stuck on the Fort Aspenwood map with 4 other baffled players. We're on American servers and we're all getting the code=13.

When i try to log in , it says :

Guild Wars was unable to complete the operation
Please try again in a few minutes. (code=013)

well , 2 hours later , still same message

what is this ?

i tested GW and i said evrything was good.So im kinda wtf
