Its a wireless home network with the phone line coming in from outside, and to Moriz, how would i go about fixing that if that is the problem?

install a new power supply.

btw, what exact card did he put in? run dxdiag and tell us what it is.

but first, do what i suggested the first time: unplug your monitor from the graphics card, and turn it on. does it give you the same red box?

Only problem is I'm not very good with doing all that stuff so that's why I'm kind of at a standstill here.

you're just disconnecting cables :S

either way, if you can't do those things, we cannot help you. offering tech support over an internet forum is useless if the end user does not participate.

if you don't feel like disconnecting cables: turn off your computer, turn off your monitor, and then turn it back on after a few seconds. does it still give you that red box? if so, then it's a problem with you graphics card, and possibly your powersupply no longer keeping up with the power requirement.

EDIT: by "it" i mean the monitor. the whole point of doing this, is to make sure that the "signal lost" message means there's no video signal coming from your graphic card during gaming.

well right now I'm currently installed a graphics card update so I'm going to see if that works first.
