This is absolutely pathetic. ANet has no excuses this time.

I was vanquishing the location Pongmei Valley in Cantha and the first enemy I killed caused a disconnection error. Since then, every time I try to get on my Ranger, it doesn't want to load.

Other than that, I've had higher numbers come up in Cantha and Elona, but Prophecies/Tyria hasn't been bad at all.

Snow - they will blame the temperature. You don't remember how they used that excuse last year?

No surprise. Getting quality servers for a free to play game isn't going to happen.

This lag is affecting the entire game. I couldn't even finish frostmaw's burrows HM because before we even started the first level, at least 1 person lagged out every time. After 3 tries, we decided to postpone Frostmaw until this stupid lag problem got fixed >< .

I beleive that NCSoft runs the servers and keeps the data as well.Anet did run the servers and kept the data actually it was better that way.

My lag is irritating but not as drastic as a lot of the people here, and I'm from Singapore. Was Duncan HMing last night, and it was awful because people kept rubberbanding into aggro.

I was running on 800-900 ping (my usual is 300-500), but it's nothing near as bad as a lot of the people here, I think. Yeah, it's hindering my ability to monk a bit, and I'm rubberbanding occasionally, but that's it. Still annoying, though.

Same thing when I was ABing - a lot of people were complaining about lag and getting stuck.

I haven't had horrible ping, just ping that makes me rubberband etc, but I do err out during loading screens occasionally, usually after selecting the character.

I want to see Regina post here and say: "Our servers are up and running over here, It must be client side!!"

She does post here, she is just very selective about what she posts because of how the general Guru community acts.

Well, shit, don't hire a lifeguard who can't swim.

Community fansites are notorious for being a hotbad for QQ, so if you become CR you automatically more or less agree to work in this environment.

No, I agree. That's not what I meant. She doesn't post in the dumb topics, is basically what I meant. Like, Gaile would post in the less important ones. (usually joking around, etc.)
