hey, when i use my keygen and fill the list (first name, last name...)
then i click Next it says error code 120, i dont whats means

If that was a buddy key it is no longer valid.

well was it a buddy key that someone gave you? or a copy of the game a friend gave you? either one your pic kinda sums it up it has been used already. If you just bought it and are having problems you may want to consider returning/calling the place you got it from.... other then that cant say much else but GL

I think by Keygen he/she just means ''Key Code'' or something, basically the account key.

That is a trial key in other words, if you have bought the game contact PlayNC support and have them help you out.

The game is free to download right off of the Guild Wars site.

It is the account key that you are buying, you don't just get a free key, nor do you pirate one.

So, unless you bought a legit copy from the store or online, that contains a real CD key, then you can't play the game. Keys can only be used once, once they are used it's a sealed deal.

Not in your case unless you buy a key, because a key code creates an account, and once an account is created the key cannot be used again to create a new account.
