I didn't have this folder on my desktop untill after wednesday when I use lunardownloader am I suppose to use these tools to clean up my system.

They are both the same. Softpedia is simply mirroring Dial-a-fix. My wiki is the official page.

Yes, you use those tools. I would recommend uninstalling LunarDownloader and installing the Anti-Malware Toolkit (formerly LunarDownloader). At the bottom of AMT there is a link to a detailed guide to help you clean your computer.
