Default Teambuilder (or java) + Vista = problem?

I was trying to get Team Builder to work yesterday, but it won't work. When I finish installing it, I get a .bat file with which I am supposed to use to run the program, and when I open that nothing happens. I thought it might had to do with Vista's UAC so I tried to run it as administrator. If I do so I get the following error message: Unable to access jarfile gwtb.jar. I tried reinstalling java - didn't help.

Does anyone have experience with Team Builder or java? I tried googling for answers but it didn't really gave me any answers, and all the other tech support forums I found weren't really helping either, as I have as much knowledge of java as a potato.

Running Vista Enterprise SP1 32 bit btw.
