Default Any 1 know some free software that can clean up my computer

Soooo I just bought a new laptop for University and HP loaded tons of crap onto my computer. I already deleted what I can but there are still some stuff that I can't take out.

(81 processes running and 40% of my ram RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO YOU HP)

Any one know a software that can delete all of my junkware and kill those unneeded processes. My friend said he used something like that before to kill all of the unwanted stuff that HP crammed onto your computer but he forgot the name of the software _

PC Decrapifier is useful to get rid of OEM preloaded garbage.

If you're infected, please download my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the Professional package. Then follow the directions in the PC Cleanup guide. After that, please post a HijackThis log.
