Default Texmod Cartography Made Easy Fog Color

I downloaded the three Cartography mods from here

http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Guide..._modifications

To help me with the title (Duh). But Tyria has a red that makes me nauseous, is there a way to change the map fog color to something so less vibrant? Elona and Cantha could do away with the tan also. I tried a few searches and didn't come up with anything

There are several versions of that mod. Presumably, newer versions will be more accurate, with more uncovered. I still have 2 versions of Tyria Made Easy on my PC, and neither is the newest with the red fog. Newest versions also correct errors in the mod resulting from map updates by ANet. GW:EN added significant content to the Tyria map, for example.

Here are links to the older versions I have. I downloaded both in 2007, so there may be errors, and they may be incomplete.

Old. Yellow color fog. May be incomplete or have errors in GW:EN.

Tyria - Gwen Cartography Made Easy.tpf
I believe this is the release prior to the current "red fog" version. Fog color is "sky blue." May be difficult for some to distinguish in the Shiverpeaks, although I don't have that issue. I believe this version was changed because of an update to the Gates of Kryta map.

Apparently, it is a relatively simple matter to change the color in the mod, as another user requested here. You could try asking the author, or you can use TexMod to alter the color yourself. There are instructions on the wiki on how to use TeXMod in Logging mode; simply identify the texture(s) associated with the fog, and change it to whatever color you wish. Load the mod before the Tyria mod, and TexMod will substitute the color you chose instead of the red fog in the Tyria Cartography mod.

I used the red mainly to differentiate between the releases. If you'd like a new fog color made, I'd be happy to do one for you. Just pick a color.

In that case - thank you for one of the most helpful mods that the Guild Wars community has ever seen.

Kudos

Idk if anyone is still watching this thread but, whenever I try to load texmod in packaging mode it gives me a message box saying "DOH" titled "Shit Happened".
Suggestions?

also I tried using logging mode myself, but got a bit confused when trying to figure out which texture to log. Is it the square textures of each area on the map?
