Default Password issue

My son's account may have been hacked. His password stopped working a while ago. He is registered at the NCSoft website and when we try to do a password reset it sends us his password but it still isn't working. WE also tried to enter his cd key but that doesn't work. We need help. HE has several lvl 20s and we hope he doesn't loose any of his characters ..

Sorry can't do anything here but Contact Support asap and supply them with the keys to prove the account is yours.
Good luck.

I've had trouble with resetting the password before. It doesn't work immediately after you change it. Give it some time after you reset pw and then try again.

Try the CD keys which you got in the box/online store.

Then contact NCSoft Support(call, email)

Tell them the CD keys so its proven you own the account.

That will prove you own the account. It should work.

No - once the CD keys have been used to activate an account they are useless for anything apart from identification.
