I don't believe it's agaisnt the rules to ask this; but please if it is, delete my post.

I was curious if it would be possible for someone to upload their fully updated dat file for someone to download. Or if someone knows a location where I could possibly download one.

My reasoning behind this is that my internet doesn't like to download files very fast, it runs the game fine and rarely have any lag but when it comes to downloading.. takes forever. So instead of downloading files everytime I zone into a new area, I'd like to just do it all up front. If this is possible, please let me know. :-)

check for the game switches (don't recall if it was here or in community works), there's an option to download the whole .dat from the gw servers

Edit: I found the switch, there's a wiki page for it, it's -image.
