Hey guys,
My dad was using my laptop and downloaded Security Tools.  I can't open anything-spyware doctor, registry editor and even task manager. Also no disks would work so bye bye reinstalling..Much help apprectiated.

boot up in safe mode and try to remove that garbage (if it is the cause of your woes)

Sounds like it's working as a rootkit. Just copy and rename Malwarebytes' exe to mam.exe and SUPERAntiSpyware's exe to sas.exe and run the scans.
