Default Directx 10
My girlfriends computer has directx 10 installed but GW game only detects Dx 8 help please!!!!

delete the current directx folder in this location in your registry.

backup the current registry just incase you delete something else.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DirectX

restart and reinstall.

don't delete anything in the registry.

This is actually a good question. Also, make sure the the -dx8 command line switch is not chillin' in her GW shortcut.
