Default Guild Wars Turned sideways?

I am not sure if this is a hardware or software problem, so I'll just post here. My girlfriend just started playing Guild Wars and her Intel Graphics card is not supported by Guild Wars, however she can play it. It was running fine until suddently... her screen turned 90 degress, she tried changing the monitor but that didn't do anything... she closed the game and brought it back up, still sideways 90 degrees. Restarted... still sideways...

The screen is always sideways, or only during GW?
If it is always sideways....I know nvidia cards have a silly shortcut key to rotate the screen. Maybe intel does too.
Google search gave me this:
