Hi, I own The Original GW and EOTN. I recently bought Trilogy thinking I could add to my account to get the 2 other campaigns for cheaper. When I tried to add it, it said I need to create a new account because I already have some of the campaigns already. I would appreciate any help.

Edit: I bought the hard copy from a store, I didn't download it.

Tried it again, this is what it said: You cannot ad this access key to your guild wars account because you will already have the rights this key provides. Please click the "cancel" button and create a new account.

Are you sure that isnt just a warning? This week i had no problems adding factions collectors edition to my main acccount, while i already had factions... but i dont have xp with the trigoly version.

yep that happens even if you go to their in-game store. I suppose it's so you don't 'waste/double up' a key.

Darn, Cause I got Trilogy for 25$ which is cheaper than a campaign. Oh well, thanks for clearing that up.

You should totally be able to add the Trilogy to a Prophecies account that has EotN. When you try adding overlapping content you should see a screen that says something along the lines of "This key provides access to the content that is already enabled on your account... If you are certain you wish to add this key to your existing account, type "Add" in the box below, and click the "Add" button."

If for some reason you aren't seeing this try contacting support to see if they can help sort out why you aren't able to add the Trilogy to your existing account.

Nick were you able to get help from support? I have the same deal where I want to add trilogy.
