Hey there,

My FPS is around 13 at the moment, usually it's about 100-120. I didn't change any settings and I didn't install any new drivers. This is kinda weird cause I can play StarCraft 2 on ultra just fine.

Graphics card = HD Radeon 4670 (1gb).

I hope someone can help me.

You might want to check to see if your firewall is blocking or limiting access to the INternet for GW..... of course a good virus and malware scan would be a good idea too.

Well, my ping was back to normal yesterday. Today it struggles to get above 10. Could it be server-side?

If 10 refers to FPS I don't think it's server based because your framerate should only be affected my your computer set up. Of course ping is a different matter. Have you installed any new software or checked if a process is bloating your system? Have you moved your computer because it could be heat-related?

If your low fps is the result of high pings, then, yes it's server/internet side and there's not much you can do about it.
