Hey all just started playing again and i was enjoying myself made an assassin can't remember her name but when i logged off to go back to the original story line to play through everything before GW2 comes out it started telling me my account stuff was wrong either my Email or password. Now i know neither of them were wrong cause i was JUST playing all i did was log out then try to log back in and now i can't play the game i just bought the expacs for and NC Soft Support is HORRIBLE ive been waiting over 48 hours for a reply from one of there guys to help me. If anybody has any idea's on what's going on any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you login, you need to enter

Your account name (the email address the account was created with)
Your account password
The name of a character on your account

Are you sure you are entering all this information correctly?

If you didn't have any characters previously, then you wouldn't have had to enter the character name, however now you have a character you must enter it's name.

If you are sure you have all this information correct and it still doesn't work then you will have to wait to hear back from support.

Don't bother waiting for a reply from NCSoft Support, it won't come.

oi see that's just it i dont remember the exact spelling of the character it was just a quick ok lets hop in and see how my laptop runs it wellp guess it's time ot just randomly type all the spellings i can think of.

Ohp just remembered this game requires Sur Names let me try a few of those.

Ok got it running thanks for the help can delete this thread if they want now but just a quit reminder to any of the "New" people the the login system for GW remember Sur names lol.
