Usually just deleteing the programs work. Are you working under administators when trying to delete it. Never had a problem myself using it or deleting it. And niether has a lot of others.

Ok theres a few things to try.(Boy we need to do a GWx2 fixit thread lol)
1. Did you minimize GW to window mode before running GWx2?
2. Try moving 1 folder out of the program files folder to your desktop then back into the program files folder.(if number 1 didnt work) Then rerun the setup of GWx2 making sure GW is in windowed when you shut it down.

Worked fine before the update of this week after that i cant seem to get it running anymore.
I updated both folders ofcourse, but no matter what i do ( remove the program, move the secondary GW folder to desktop and back, or even delete the whole secondary folder and make it new ) i can't make it work anymore.
I keep getting also that error IO Error 32

Got the I/O 32 error as well, but it fixed itself. Here's what I did:
Installed GWx2, did the config, etc.
Started my primary client, made it in Windowed Mode, and closed it.
Configured GWx2 again
Started it, and hit "yes" when it asked me to start. Both clients started.

Age - you were nearly there - you need a space then -setup
Code:
"C:\Program Files\Guildwarz\GWx2_4.1.exe" -setup
Copy and paste that lot.
Oh, and one more thing: I/O Error 32 can also happen if you run GWx2 when Guild Wars is already running. Fairly obvious, but you never know

You dont need anything set for parameters. Those are only if you want to add the tags such as passwords and login names and those things.

Heh, I should have mentioned that
The -setup switch is only necessary (as Mani said) when you want to change certain details, like if you move the location of either gw.exe or you need to add -password, -dx8, -noshaders or any of the many other switches.
That freeimagehosting.net seems to be very patchy - I would suggest you give http://www.imageshack.us/ a try.

This is what I get when I run 2 of them at the same time and I used imageshack this time.
I solved it forgot to add the orignal GW.exe in the new folder good now I can trade in between accounts without asking others.
