Default Please help me to retrieve my Guild Wars account

Hey everyone, I am sorry for posting this here, its probably not the right place but I am desperate. I already send email to [email protected] 5 days ago but I did not get any reply. I totally forgot my account info, I do have my game packs/cd's/game activation card keys. Is there a way for me to get my account back?

If you don't get a reply after a few days, just try again. Just be polite, keep it short and provide as many details as possible. Besides CD-key (incl. a photo copy of the gae card and box), you might also provide what you believe is the last purchase(s) you did in Ingame Store and last 4 digits of your credit card that you used. I've been asked for this before so I know it can be of relevance in proving it's your account.

I have provided the photos of my game cards, the game boxes and a cd's. I did not have any purchases. I also told them my location, internet provider at that time and what I think was my one of my character's name.

ummm yes, but its a really annoying process. You have to do e-mail support. Try again if needed. It took them about 2 weeks to get me my info back, but their auto generated email f'd up. Go through the guild wars website, include the serial code and any information you can remember about it.

Hey, just wanted to say that I got my account back. their support email was a dead end, still no answer lol, but the guys at ncsoft came through and helped
