Default TexMod Issue - Trojan?

Okay so, I've used TexMod for a good long time for things like my own mods, mods from the Wiki and all that.

I've used it for Cartography in EotN and Cantha and so today I decided I'd use it for Elona.
Upon launching TexMod the usual way, I get the error: "D'Oh. Shit Happens." followed by my anti-virus security cleaning my PC of a Trojan.

I ran a large amount of virus cleaning and removed TexMod and its components from my PC. I then tried TexMod on a different PC and had no issues. I re-downloaded TexMod on my main PC along with the 2015 Cartography TPF and upon launch I received the same error along with the Trojan.

So here I am, I'm curious to know if this is a fail safe my Anti-virus is giving me and/or if others have experienced this same Trojan.

The Anit-Virus Software I use is Microsoft Security Essentials on Windows 7.

The Trojan I'm getting is Trojan:Win32/Peals.E!plock. This Trojan is immediately caught and killed by MSE upon TexMod launch.

I have linked to this thread from the GuildWars Facebook group. There are folks there who can probably help.

"Trojan:Win32/Peals.B!plock is a threat identified by Microsoft Security Software. This is a typical malware that targets the core system of Windows in order to complete its tasks. Trojan:Win32/Peals.B!plock was made to execute a series of commands once it gets inside the system. It will gather data like system settings, Windows version, network configuration, and so on. Collected data will be sent to remote attacker for analysis."

I had the same problems years ago when I tried to use Tex-Mod for cartography. My security would not allow it to run on my computer. I had both MSE and McAfee at the time, so I didn't know which was to blame. I had to bump and grind the whole set of titles for months without it. I later heard that Tex Mod itself was a worm anyway, so I was ok with that.
The good thing about MSE is that you can adjust the security level for online use. You may need to set it at a minimum to use Tex Mod, which is not good unless you only play GW on that computer. I'm not sure how you would go about that on Windows 7, since I have Vista, but I'm sure there is information in your help tables, or Microsoft's online site.
What strikes me is that you said you have no problems with it on the other computer. Is your security different on that computer? Maybe you picked up the trojan by some other means than Tex Mod, and because Tex Mod is a worm it revealed the trojan? IDK how it would work on 1 comp without problems and not the other. It seems to be more of an issue with the 1 comp and not the program. You should look into that a little more thoroughly. Anyway,
Good Luck!
