sounds like what our corporate firewall does, any firewall software that could be blocking it?

I've turned off all firewalls i could find (windows firewall, firewall in the router).
But still can't connect to gw.
I've discovered that the desktop pc (wired) works just fine, but my laptop (wireless) can't connect..
edit: when i turn off my wireless connection and plug in a wire it still doesn't work, must be something on my pc.. o.O
any other suggestions?

SOLVED

when i move my old gw.dat to my desktop and force guildwars to download all the files again, it's able to connect to arenanet, but when i remove the new gw.dat and put the old one back it can't :O.
So the problem was somewhere in the 3 gig gw.dat that made my client unable to connect, this has to be the weirdest thing in guildwars i've ever seen..
(might have been because i installed exteel and plaync..?)

thanx for the help ev1
