Hello there,

Somehow I can't log into GW anymore. I tried to change my password, when I did that I entered my old pw, and the new one twice. When I hit submit, it said incorrect password. I logged out, now I can't log in anymore.

I have my account linked to PlayNC crap, but I can't remember my password there because it's been over 2 years. When I try to retrieve my password there, I can't get it either, because I have to answer one of those personal questions which I can't answer because...yes...it's over two years ago.

So, I can't change my password of GW, because I can't log in. I can't change my password at PlayNC, because I can't login. I can't contact support because I can't login!

So here I am, stranded and desperate. Halp plx. I don't want my expensive account to be gone because of such a retarded mistake.

Um. Do you still have the same email account as two years ago? I mean, the email address you log into GW with, is it still an active address, and can you read emails sent there?

Cos if so, at the GW login screen can't you just click "reset my password" (or however it is worded)? That should reset your password and email the new password to you. I've used that in the past.

I've tried that, but it re-directs me to PlayNC.

But no worries, I've sent an e-mail to [email protected] and I've had a reply, I just need to find my CD-keys and it should be ok.
