Ok, so I just reinstalled Gw and when ever I move my cursor around my FPS drops below 10. It runs smoothly at all other times and it's hard to play with this . Anyone have any sugestions?

FIXED! Could be more but I just closed out my virus stuff.

Could it be the power supply? Mine wasn't going well and that affected performance.

1: Lower Grapics.

2:Make sure it isnt somthing like a bad wire/too far from the router.

3:try rebooting your comp/defragmenting/ect.
