I get this error every time I play tf2. I get in a minute then the walls become pixelated and rainbowy

Then game then crashes computer restarts and I get this error.

This seems to be somewhat like your error. The code looks about the same.

While error codes can be numerous, this type of error leads one to believe something far more specific. This type of graphical anomaly is usually caused by only a few things:

Your GPU isn't receiving enough power from your PSU
Your GPU is overheating

Overheating in the past or currently
Overvolting
Static discharge

Try a different GPU if you can borrow one from a friend or family member. If the artifacts continue, it is your RAM. If not, it is the GPU. Reinstall the VGA drivers for your card, updating them in the process if possible. If the issue persists, it is indeed damaged.
