Ever since the decorations for the Canthen New Year went up, half of the npc's in the world are bugged, most of them have some weird running and jumping animation, as well as a few other glitches:

2 examples, the 2nd and 3rd screens showing that running animation.

I assumed that after the decorations went away this would be fixed, but it hasn't. It isn't really breaking the gameplay but it's annoying as hell. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Your image file is corrupted, just reinstall GW and you should be just fine, it will be quite a big load when you run it first time though.

Eh, build looks fine to me.

Issue is with your .dat file though, nothing to do with the CNY. Delete it and do a -image overnight, that should fix it.

.dat file is corrupted. Uninstall, reinstall, run -image for getting all files, come back the next day.

I mentioned the CNY because that started happening the moment the decorations went up, so I figured it was a buggy update since a guildee reported having the same thing. Haven't tried reinstalling it because don't really have the patience to redownload everything, but hey... I'll give it a go.
