I get bloodhound196. popping up on antivirus when surfing guru. Anyone else?

Not me.

Virus alerts like this should be placed in Site Feedback by preference - I've passed the info along. Bloodhound196 appears to be a low-threat Adobe Acrobat exploiter, there seem to be a few of those doing the rounds.

I've seen it too. I assumed that my norton 360 was being overprotective.

i block it everytime i come on this site as a matter of fact i just got a pop-up saying my norton just blocked it when i opened this thread...
it sometimes freezes my internet and forces me to restart it but eh

- url of ad, either when mouseover or click it
- screenshot of ad

BloodHound is a malcious and fake anti-virus.

Get NOD32 Antivirus(trial also available), update to latest version, then do a full scan while in Safe Mode. Then remove all malcious files in Safe Mode.

Then reboot.

NOD32 Antivirus --> eset.com
