Hey, maybe one of you guys can help me out with this

For absolutely no reason, my friend's account was blocked for an account issue. She did nothing wrong and has only been logging on to GW for a few hours if that per day. All that she did today was buy a set of armor which I helped her pay for which was only a measly 10k I gave her. Now I'm pretty sure that wouldnt be the problem why the account is blocked, but I just find it strange that the message "Error 045, your account has been blocked for an issue on the account, please contact support". It's baffling me and her why this is happening, it doesnt say perma ban, it doesnt say anything close to that, yet the account is blocked.

Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

if you find out how to fix this let me know because im having this problem as well on one of my accounts, i try to contact support and they wont do anything lol

All you can do is contact NCSoft for support. There's nothing we can do for you here on the forums.
