Default Graphic issue with heroes

I think it becuz my graphic card i kinda run an old 1 (GeForce4 420 Go)
but i want your opinion i included a screenshot of hayda and livia

that's because your graphic card does not support directx 9. there are certain elements in GW that absolutely needs it, and without it, it will look downright wierd, or will crash your game.

i think my pc does support it when i see those
first 1 is from dxdiag

no, that's not how it works. if you have windows XP, dxdiag will say it HAS dx9. it will never say what's actually being run.

your graphic card simply does not support dx9, only dx8.1. that's the cause of your graphic issues.
