Default Connecting to ArenaNet "0%"

Well, we've been happily enjoying GW on the same setup of modem and ISP for years, then suddenly last week none of us could access GW. Strange thing was we had perfect access to all of the rest of the net. These same computers could access GW from a different location (and diff ISP).

A few days of support later, Qwest has no idea what's wrong, I've tripled my knowledge of computers, and 1/3 of our computers can now use our setup to connect to GW. 3/3 still have full access to the rest of the net.

Facts:
-GW uses ports 80 and 6112
-Qwest fervently claims not to block any ports
-1/3 computers playing GW is not enough

Has anyone had this happen? Can anyone shed any light?

Please help me. I need my fix.

Sounds like a local routing issue to be honest, is there anyway for you to completely reset your ISP connection, normally turning the modem/ router off for 30 minutes and rebooting it, will reset it the connection, ( ive done this with mine a few times when my ISP runs updates to its network )

Off the top of my head im not sure of the GW servers IP address's but im sure someone will know, then you could run a trace route, this would tell you if its a routing issue.

Have there been any major road works or anything going on near you, last year near where i live, people "fixing" a water pipe, cut threw an optic fibre cable getting to it, and b00m no internet for 3 dyays.
