Default Driver igfx has crashed and recovered - itunes visualizer

So about 40 seconds into a song...or even 10 on things like a fast remix of "Cry for you", the visualizer on itunes 8 crashes and says driver igfx has recovered.

I understand I'm working my video card too hard. I'm on vista enterprise. Will it still do this if I go back to XP?

Igfx is for Intel integrated graphics. IIG is notorious for having problems with newer graphics. You could try updating the Intel drivers - you may even be able to do that through Windows Update - or go to Intel's website. (You should find out which version of IIG you have, first.)

If the computer is a desktop, I suggest you get yourself a actual video card.
