GW Downloads freeze my computer.
Hello Guys:
I have a strange problem where my GW updates downloads the packets correctly but then my computer freezes completely. The only solution is to reboot the computer. Upon rebooting, the GW update then proceeds with the extraction and continues normally. The problem, I believe, is related to the removal of some portion of InstallShield a while back as suggested on some forum. Does anyone knows if a new fresh installation of GW will reinstall InstallShield? Ideally I only want to go through this process if it will correct my current situation. Thanks in advance for your help. |
