Default I have a black screen

my older pc 18" screen stoped working so i plug my pc into my 32" tv and now when i play Guild wars it does load and i can hear sound but i only get a black screen. this only happens when trying to play guild wars.. is thers some sitting i could try and change.

What should do?

you may need to lower your resolution to whatever your tv's default is... what video card do you have btw?

Guildwars's resolution is probably set out-of-range for your 32" TV and just needs to be brought down a bit, though if you can't see GW not sure how thats going to happen.

Once Guild Wars is up and running, hit Alt+Enter which is the universal shortcut to switch from fullscreen to windowed mode. From there you should be able to adjust your resoulution via the F11 menu.

Do what Snoggie says and check that the rez you set in GW is one that is supported by the TV (RTFM).
