Default Quick disconnects

Hello,

Recently I've been having a few issues with disconnects. It's been difficult to finish a Vanquish, or mission, for example, without disconnecting.

It's usually like this: I get a black screen with message to attempt to reconnect. I answer 'yes', then this attempt fails and next attempt works (after a small timer) and I get back in game.

Sometimes it is more severe and I cannot go back to game and lose all work... After trying to reconnect it says it could not restore game session, kicking me back to character screen where I have to re-type my password/relogin. It's weird that sometimes it changes my last outpost (for example disconnected while at House Zu Heltzer, when I reconnected I was kicked back at Altrumn Ruins).

Any help please? Or would that be my ISP.

Thanks in advance.

The serious lag that makes you d/c will put you in the previous town for some reason, ive been getting that myself for the last 6 months,

On the issue when you are out and losing connection, Anet did stat they where having network issues from Europe to the USA, but it may not actually be the Anet network itself, im in Europe and i find certain times of day horrible to play, and im on a dedicated line.

If you get it again where you seem not to be moving etc, try the /stuck command, that can usually get you on your way again, *least it does in my case*

Id say contact support if it doesnt improve but they are useless, i contacted them and included 4 screenshots showing the ping over 80,000 and they replied to me telling me my GFX drivers where out of date, *nuff said*

Ping has nothing to do with Graphics Drivers.

Yes, we know this, which is why he said they were useless when they replied saying that his ping was related to his graphics drivers.
