I am not an ATI person since all my machines came with NVIDIA cards.

Couldn't find much on the 3200 it seems to be an onboard card for notebook PCs but no doubt someone else will give better info soon.

What's really important is how much memory the card has 256 or more is pretty good.

The big limitation in game performance comes from
1 a slow processor
2 low computer memory
3 a graphics card that uses the computer memory rather than its own.

I ran GW quite well on an AMD 1800 with 1 gig of memory and an Nvidia 4800 128 meg card.

Hmm not sure, I think that the 3200 is a low profile card for the last generation of cards that they had (3000~ series).

ATI is kind of like Nvidia with their lineup, they have the low profile cards (3200 / 3450), the mid range budget gamer cards (3650), and the high end intense gamer cards (3850 / 3870) Just for some examples of the last generation.

For Nvidia it would have been like Low profile (8400GS) Budget gamer (8600GT) and Intese gamer (8800s). Again all these cards are last gen or last last gen, these are simply just examples.

But anyways, I think that card is an Integrated card of some sort - searches only pull up laptops, pre-built PC's, and motherboards for the chip and not just an individual card so, that indicates that it is integrated. for example my motherboard has a GeForce 7050 graphics chip built in, instead of say the Intel GMA 3100 or some crap. I don't use it obviously, but it's essentially the same situation. It's better than Intel's integrated stuff in any case.

So your short answer is no, it's not really good. At least it isn't Intel integrated graphics though.

Ok, is it the HD or express version?

Doesn't matter, both are equally as effective in term of performance. Don't get me wrong it's not that good but it'll run GW just fine. It also support DX10 but don't expect to play DX10 game with high or max setting.

it's the integrated version of the HD2400PRO. essentially, AMD put the HD2400PRO graphics chip on their motherboard and made it access system memory (which shouldn't matter much, since the HD2400PRO uses DDR2 anyways). it is currently the fastest integrated solution you can find.

The HD3200 is an integrated gpu - part of the M780G chipset. It's at the high end of integrated graphics performance. Beyond it, you're into separate graphics chips or cards.

Actually not to nitpick but the HD3200 is NOT the fastest integrated solution out there - the HD3300 IS lol. It's the latest based on the 790 instead of the 780g chipset and I think it just came out last month...

The HD3200 has the significant advantage of being Hybred Crossfire compatible on a Vista system. Meaning you can take a 2400 or 3400 series ATI dedicated card, plug it in and wham-bam-slam-thank you maam you have a Crossfire system. Now that set up won't be close to dual 4870's or even dual 3650's, but it will be a nice improvement for very little in cost. As I recall it was about equal to a single 3650.... I'd have to double check the benchmarks on that one.
With the HD3200 alone you will be able to play GW just fine, games like FarCry handle quite well too (not on max, but very playable). If you want to play Crysis, then forget it though.
